Ordering


How do I order?

• Have a good look at the goods on offer and simply ‘click’ on the ‘add to basket’. You will then see the following information: ‘your chosen product has been added to your Shopping Basket please click the Basket Link at the top of the page to view your basket and proceed your order’, click on the OK button. Once you have chosen all the items you require, click the ‘check out’ item.

• At the check out stage, you will be shown the full price for your purchases. You can review your order and make any changes to the contents of your basket. The cost of delivery will be added to the final total price of the order. Online we accept payments by Credit Card and PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account or Credit Card, you can ring the shop and arrange to pay by postal order or cheque.

• When you are sure your order is correct, click the ‘place order now’ link and wait for your receipt. You will be sent a confirmation email shortly after completing your order.

• The confirmation email will contain your order number, what you have ordered and the total price.
How do I submit a pre order?

• Simply follow the order process as usual and complete your details on the checkout screen. Your pre order will be placed. If you make a payment by Credit Card or PayPal your account will automatically be debited. If you make a payment by cheque, the cheque will not be cashed until the item is in stock.
 
• Once your item is in stock, we will inform you it is ready to be delivered.
 
What do I do if I want to change my order?

• Please let us know ASAP by email or phone. Please include your name, contact number and order number.

• The sooner you tell us what needs to be changed the better, as we will process your order immediately upon receipt.

• If your order has not yet been despatched we can amend order quantities, delete or add new items.

• If your order has been despatched you will need to wait until it arrives and then contact us for return instructions. (See terms and conditions).
What can I do if I have accidentally ordered multiple copies?

• If you accidentally added more than 1 copy of the same item to your shopping cart but have not yet checked out the items, you can remove any unwanted items.

• However if you have already checked out, please review your ‘order received’ email ASAP after placing the order. If you spot any errors, please email us immediately and we will change your order accordingly.
Delivery

How much will delivery cost?

• At present we only accept orders from and shipping to the UK.

• Each order is subject to an initial minimum charge of  £1.25

• Goods are then charged as follows:

 Each comic: £0.25
 Each soft cover trade paperback: £1.50
 Each hardcover trade paperback: £1.75
 Each poster: £1.50
 Each Merchandise item: £2.50

(Example; you order 3 comics and a soft cover trade paperback, the charge is £1.25 + £0.75 + £1.50 = £3.25)
What if my order doesn’t arrive?

• If your order does not arrive in the expected time frame, please contact us.

• If your order arrives damaged please contact us immediately, we will be happy to provide you with replacements. (Please see terms and conditions).

• We reserve the right not to deliver orders to an address that may not be deemed secure, for example a communal postal address or a PO Box. If this affects your order we will contact you as soon as possible.

What happens if I am not home when you deliver?

• Orders with a value of under £12 are delivered 1st class by Royal Mail.

• Orders with a value of over £12 are usually delivered by courier.

• Courier deliveries are Monday to Friday between 9am to 5.30pm.

• In both cases if you are not available you will receive a card at the delivery address confirming they have tried to deliver. Please follow the instructions on the card to rearrange your delivery or to collect your products.

Miscellaneous

Do you buy comics?

• Yes we do purchase comics and graphic novels. You are always welcome to send us your titles list.
