WE HAVE NEW COMICS!!!!!!!!!
Woooooohooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!! As of yesterday, the delivery we should have had on 25th March is IN 'DA HOUSE!!!!!!! We'll be posting a dedicated "What's on the Rack?" video later, and deliveries - via post at the very least - re-start on Monday.
We're not counting any chickens, but we're expecting weekly deliveries to re-commence on 20th May. We'll keep you posted, but it feels like running a comic store again!
FIRST LOOK AT CHARLIZE THERON AS ANDY IN OLD GUARD MOVIE
Having played Lorraine in 2017's Atomic Blonde Theron is no stranger to comic book action heroines. Now she's Andy, an immortal warrior thousands of years old, and leader of a band of similar immortals in Old Guard, based upon the comic series by Greg Rucka and Leandro Fernandez.
Vanity Fair has a first look at the character and, unsurprisingly, she looks great. The Old Guard is a favourite here at Venusian Towers. The movie is scheduled for later this year, but I guess we'll have to wait and see on that...

ARK II
A truly wild kid's SciFi show from 1976. In a future world ravaged by pollution society has collapsed. Against this backdrop three scientists and a talking chimp travel around in a hi-tech camper van helping people and trying to re-build society.
Every bit as ridiculous as it sounds, it's awesome bubble gum TV.
