We started, as if by magic, with the passing of Ray Brooks aged 86. For millions of Gen X kids Brooks was the voice of Mr Benn - the story of an ordinary man who rented costumes from a (probably magic) costume shop and then went and had adventures. Many, if not most, of the episodes are available on YouTube. Here is one:
