"Did you wish really hard?" The Geeks at the Gates Episode Fifty Four, still corrupting Al

Regie reckoned the "HELLO STONEHENGE!" speech was the best speech of the Matt Smith Era. Hat was not convinced, but here it is in full:

We mentioned that the Fez made its first appearance in The Big Bang.

And of course, at the end of that episode, after the Doctor is erased from existance, Amy remembers him and brings him back - at her wedding:

Because we all disliked A Christmas Carol, we ended up talking about Sharks, and the movie Six Headed Shark Attack came up. You can read what IMDB has to say about it HERE, but just so you can have a taste - here's the trailer:

And yes - the whole film is as gloriously ridiculous as that looks.

We mentioned Mark Sheppard, and the fact that he's been in many, many SF/Fantasy franchises. Just off the top of my head, he's been in:

Doctor Who, Supernatural, Firefly, Star Trek, Battlestar Galactica, probably more.

Regie also mentioned that he really enjoyed this exchange:

This sparked a brief discussion about marriage equality. The episode aired in 2011, before Equal Marriage was recognised in the UK. Regie wondered whether some states in the US had passed equality acts prior to this U.S. set story. Nobody knew, so we looked it up HERE.

We mentioned Leela, one of the Fourth Doctor's companions. This is her with the Fourth Doctor and K9:
